The schools in Brussels are overcrowded. The surrounding municipalities also notice this, including Jette. They see more and more children from Brussels walking around on the playground. To accommodate an additional influx of students, a budget was set aside for 6 modular classes. Symobo won the tender and was given the opportunity to help the school out of need.
A stone's throw from the center of Brussels, you will find “Les prés verts” primary school in Jette. For several years, the school has been struggling with the problem of several long waiting lists when registrations for the next school year are announced. To combat this, the school group behind the primary school decided it was time for an expansion. They opted for a temporary modular solution with a view to permanent expansion in the future.
The entire project was led from A to Z by Symobo, from carrying out the necessary projects to installing an additional fence to the existing playground.
