As a site manager, you are responsible for monitoring our construction projects in Belgium on a daily basis.
Your important tasks include planning staff, ordering materials, managing subcontractors and solving practical problems to ensure the continuity of the site.
In the role of site manager, you are actively involved in the daily business of the construction site and - where necessary - actively participate.
You act as the crucial link between all parties involved on and off the site. You ensure smooth communication and coordination and think in terms of “solutions”. In addition, you are good at dealing with stressful situations typical of construction projects.
Your skills
· Coordination and follow-up of construction projects in detail.
· Planning and practical organization of subcontractors.
· Manage materials at the construction site.
· Analyze and solve structural problems.
· Quality control of the works carried out.
· Administrative tasks such as keeping site diaries, delivery and order forms.
· Clear communication and reporting to all parties involved.
· Enforce safety regulations at the site.

Your profile
· You have a strong architectural background with a number of years of experience as a site manager in the construction sector
· You are strong, hands-on and decisive
· You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and are fluent in French and English
