Malpertuus - Buken

We installed an additional modular building at the MFC Combo site in Buken, so that they can accommodate more families, with a special focus on children in difficult home situations, until their situation improves. In addition, we have designed a spacious multi-purpose room for additional counseling sessions.

Project goals:

1. Expansion of reception capacity: Installing an additional modular building enables MFC Combo to host more families and children and provide support in a safe environment.
2. Improved service: By adding a multipurpose room, additional accompanying sessions can be organized, allowing MFC Combo to further improve their services and tailor them to the needs of their clients.

Project features:

• Modular construction: The modular building can be installed quickly and made it possible to complete the project quickly, within less than 3 weeks from installation to commissioning.
• Fire safety and EPB standards: The building fully complies with the applicable fire safety standards and EPB (Energy Performance and Indoor Climate) standards.
• Heat pump for a good indoor climate: The building is equipped with a heat pump, which ensures an optimal indoor climate and contributes to energy efficiency and comfort for users.
• Temporary character: The modular building is designed with a temporary character, allowing MFC Combo to respond flexibly to changing circumstances and needs.
• Specially designed spaces: In addition to the essential reception facilities, extra attention has been paid to designing a spacious multipurpose space. Various counseling sessions and activities can take place here.
