Residential Care modules

These 6 RVT rooms can be with you soon. Our parent company Symobo placed them at the Sint-hendricus Residential Care Center in Rumbeke to bridge a certain phase in the new construction project.

Each room has a bathroom with toilet and sink.

The whole thing is currently set up in 1 floor and has an extra corridor.

Reuse can be done with ain an identical or different arrangement. Tell us what you need and together we'll work out the ideal structure:

2 floors

These rooms are structured according to the WZC standards in terms of fire resistance for the structure, the outer walls and the roofs.

Currently, the rooms are heated via central heating with a heat pump per room. If you want, we will be happy to work out an alternative for you (e.g. electric heating, radiators).
