CONTAINER AND STEEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

You are a real all-round construction professional! The administrative aspect does not scare you, thanks to your experience, you have built up solid technical knowledge and can also do projects financial and administrative lead.
Job description
- Get familiar with the project's design file in order to optimize the implementation phase follow up from start to finish.
- You are the first contact with customers, architects and other stakeholders.
- Attending site meetings.
- Time and budget management are very important in this position. So you go analytical and structured to work.
- Supporting and managing own employees and subcontractors
- Pay attention to quality and security.

Profile
- You have at least one architectural bachelor or equivalent through experience.
- You have a relevant experience as project manager, site manager or other architectural position.
- You think in terms of solutions, are flexible and communicative.
- You have good organizational abilities and goes planned to work.
- You have leadership skills and manage employees and subcontractors with ease.
- You obtained a master's or bachelor's degree in an architectural direction.
- You speak Dutch and speak French and English.
